All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Information
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.
Delivery Address: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Signature Required: Orders over $100 may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.
Failed Delivery: If delivery is attempted but no one is available to receive the package, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for pickup or redelivery.

5. International Shipping
Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to their order. These charges are not included in our shipping costs.
Delivery Times: International delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local delivery services, and other factors beyond our control.
Package Contents: We declare the actual value of items on customs forms. Providing false information is illegal and may result in package seizure.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
Package Insurance: All packages are insured for their full value during transit.
Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the damaged package and contents
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Do not discard the packaging or damaged items
Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, we'll work with the carrier to locate it or file a claim. We'll replace or refund your order once the claim is processed.
7. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Order Changes: You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service team.
Address Changes: Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of order placement. Once the order ships, we cannot change the delivery address.
Cancellation Policy: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and shipped. If you need to return an item, please refer to our Returns Policy.
